Look at your bill and identify your reference number. Is the reference number on your invoice initiated by a LETTER or a NUMBER? If it starts with a LETTER, please proceed with the LETTER BILL button to call the office and make payment; if it starts with a NUMBER, opt for the NUMBER BILL button which directs you to your patient portal. You might be wondering why we provide two separate options. This stems from our transition to a new electronic health system in late 2023. In the future, the sole avenue for online bill payments will be through your dedicated portal.
